Gujiya

For Dough : 

  • 120 gm Swarna Chakki Atta
  • 125 gm Swarna All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup water or add as required
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee

For Stuffing : 

  • 200-220 gm Khoya
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee
  • 10 Almonds
  • 10 Cashew
  • 10 Pistachios
  • 1/2 tablespoon raisins
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar or confectioner’s sugar, add as required
  • 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder or 6 to 7 green cardamoms powdered in a mortar
  • oil as required for deep frying
