Gujiya
For Dough :
- 120 gm Swarna Chakki Atta
- 125 gm Swarna All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup water or add as required
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
For Stuffing :
- 200-220 gm Khoya
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- 10 Almonds
- 10 Cashew
- 10 Pistachios
- 1/2 tablespoon raisins
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar or confectioner’s sugar, add as required
- 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder or 6 to 7 green cardamoms powdered in a mortar
- oil as required for deep frying
