Besan Chila

Besan Chila

For Batter :

  • 1 Chopped onion, 1 Green Chilli Pepper
  • 1 Small tomato and 3 tsp salt
  • Add 1 cup of Swarna besan, half teaspoon ajwain and 1/8 teaspoon turmeric to mixing bowl
  • Mix all the ingrediants
  • Add Coriander leaves and Pour 3/4 Cup of water
  • Mix Gently and make a batter of thick but pouring consistency

Frying :

  • Heat Pan and put oil and put batter into the center
  • Spread on pan as this as possible
  • Maintain the flame and put the 2/3 spoon of ghee or oil
  • 3-5 min Chilla is ready
