
Besan Chila
For Batter :
- 1 Chopped onion, 1 Green Chilli Pepper
- 1 Small tomato and 3 tsp salt
- Add 1 cup of Swarna besan, half teaspoon ajwain and 1/8 teaspoon turmeric to mixing bowl
- Mix all the ingrediants
- Add Coriander leaves and Pour 3/4 Cup of water
- Mix Gently and make a batter of thick but pouring consistency
Frying :
- Heat Pan and put oil and put batter into the center
- Spread on pan as this as possible
- Maintain the flame and put the 2/3 spoon of ghee or oil
- 3-5 min Chilla is ready
