
Samosa
For Dough :
- 2 Cup Swarna All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 Cup oil
- 6 tsp oil
- 3/4 tsp carom seeds
- 3/4 tsp salt
For Stuffing :
- 4 Medium (500 gm) potato
- 1/2 cup green peas
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 pinch hing
- 4 tsp corriander leaves
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
Spices :
- 3/4 tsp cumin seed
- 3/4 tsp garam masala
- 3/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp fennel powder
