For Dough :

  • 2 Cup Swarna All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 Cup oil
  • 6 tsp oil
  • 3/4 tsp carom seeds
  • 3/4 tsp salt

For Stuffing :

  • 4 Medium (500 gm) potato
  • 1/2 cup green peas
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 4 tsp corriander leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Spices :

  • 3/4 tsp cumin seed
  • 3/4 tsp garam masala
  • 3/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp fennel powder
