For Dough :
- 1 cup Swarna multigrain atta
- 1/4 Besan
- 3/4 tsp salt
- pinch hing
- water for kneading
- oil for roasting
For Stuffing :
- 1/4 Cup pearl millet
- 1/4 cup sorghum atta
- 1 inch ginger crushed
- 1- 2 green chillies crushed
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 bunch methi leaf
