Thepla

For Dough :

  • 1 cup Swarna multigrain atta
  • 1/4 Besan
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • pinch hing
  • water for kneading
  • oil for roasting

For Stuffing :

  • 1/4 Cup pearl millet
  • 1/4 cup sorghum atta
  • 1 inch ginger crushed
  • 1- 2 green chillies crushed
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 bunch methi leaf
